During our strategy session, a registered immigration adviser will carefully review your situation, visa history, and all other relevant details. Your openness and transparency are vital, as they allow us to provide an accurate and honest assessment of your situation.
All information shared during the strategy session is treated with the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose any details to third parties without your written consent. Your privacy and the protection of your personal information are of utmost importance to us, and we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) at all times.
To confirm a strategy session with a Professional Immigration Adviser, we require an upfront payment of $150.00 plus GST. If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded. However, a cancellation fee of $10.00 may be charged to cover administration costs related to our payment processing partner. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend ("no show"), your deposit will be forfeited. There is no fee to reschedule your appointment.
