Please note that we will charge you $110.00 plus GST to confirm a strategy session with a Professional Immigration Adviser. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee ($10.00) may apply to cover the administration cost associated with our payment processing partner. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date / time or "no show" will forfeit the deposit. There is no fee to reschedule an appointment.
Your paid amount will be credited to our professional fees related to your visa matters if you use our services within 14 days of the appointment date. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
