Code of Conduct Compliance
We commit to strictly following the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents (the Code), as outlined in Schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998 (Cth). This Code governs the professional behaviour of registered migration agents (RMAs). Its primary aim is to safeguard the interests of clients seeking migration advice and services, while also upholding the integrity of both the immigration advice sector and Australia’s broader immigration system. Should you wish to review the Code, we are happy to provide you with a copy upon your request. Alternatively, you may access the Code directly online at www.mara.gov.au. The Migration Consultation Fee is a fixed fee of AUD $165 (incl. GST). Your booking will be secured only once you have made the payment in full. You will receive a payment receipt by email once we have received your consultation fee. This receipt confirms your booking.
-
All fees paid in advance will be securely held in our Clients' Account. After your consultation has taken place, we will prepare and issue an invoice that clearly details the migration services provided during your session. This invoice will specify the fee charged for those services. Upon completion of these steps, the corresponding fees will be withdrawn from the Clients' Account in accordance with our procedures.
-
A 45-minute migration consultation will be scheduled for you.
-
Our primary RMA (MARN 1682738) will provide the services.
-
Once you’ve paid and confirmed your booking, you’ll get a Consultation Confirmation email with all the details. Your 45-minute Migration Consultation will then be arranged based on the information provided in that email.
-
The migration consultation, with a duration of 40 minutes, is restricted to serving one client per session.
-
The scheduled migration consultation is strictly limited to 45 minutes. If the consultation extends beyond this allotted time, we reserve the right to charge an hourly fee of AUD $200.00 (plus GST). This additional charge will be calculated in 15-minute increments for any time spent during the consultation after the initial 45 minutes.
-
During your 45-minute migration consultation, you will have the opportunity to share your current circumstances and express any concerns you may have. You are encouraged to explain your reasons for traveling to Australia or for wishing to remain in the country, as well as outline your overall migration goals. This session will also allow you to ask any migration-related questions you may have. We will make every effort to address your questions and provide you with general information about your available options. This includes outlining the processes involved in migrating or remaining in Australia and giving you an indication of the likely costs associated with these options.
Please note that if you are seeking options for migrating to or remaining in Australia, we cannot guarantee that such options will be available to you. Furthermore, we cannot accept responsibility for any changes to immigration law that may occur after your consultation and which could affect your eligibility to migrate to Australia.
Important Note: We are not able to offer detailed migration assistance during your initial consultation. Additionally, no document checklists or templates will be provided during this meeting. These materials will only be supplied if you choose to formally engage our services for a specific application process and enter into a formal Agreement with us.
Following the consultation, a summary will be provided outlining any migration options discussed. This document will include general information on the criteria and process related to the relevant visa or other immigration matters covered in your case. The correspondence will also state estimates of professional fees and applicable authority fees if you decide to proceed with an application.
-
You acknowledge that migration consultation is strictly limited to 45 minutes. Due to this time constraint, it is possible that we may not be able to address every aspect of your situation during the session. You may also find that you have additional questions or concerns after the consultation has concluded. If you require further migration advice or assistance following your 45-minute consultation - such as clarification of topics discussed during the session, additional migration or visa-related queries, or a comprehensive assessment of your eligibility for a particular visa - you will need to either schedule another consultation with us or formally engage our services through a signed Agreement. This requirement is in accordance with legal obligations, specifically sections 42 and 43 of the Code, which prohibit Migration Agents from providing ongoing immigration assistance to clients outside of an initial consultation unless a signed service agreement is in place.
-
Should you wish us to assist you in pursuing your chosen migration option, we will then invite you to formally engage our services. We will send you an Agreement that describes the services that we will provide, along with the professional fees and other costs involved.
