Please note that we will charge you $150.00 plus GST to confirm a strategy session with a Professional Immigration Adviser. However, your paid amount will be credited to our professional fees related to your visa matters if you use our services within 14 days of the appointment date. Usually 30 minutes but it can go up to 45 minutes.Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a appointment and your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee ($10.00) may apply to cover the administration cost associated with our payment processing partner. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date / time or "no show" will forfeit the deposit. There is no fee to reschedule an appointment.Is it possible to make a payment using EFTPOS?

We only have openings on Saturday mornings from 8:30 to 11:30, which require confirmation with our consultant because of the high demand for these time slots.
